Google Penguin 2.0 Update Rolled Out Today

Well it’s official, the next Google algorithm update has been rolled out today, it is being dubbed as the Penguin 2.0 update. So far details are minimum, as always with any initial Google algorithm update but at least Matt Cutts came out and officially notified the webmaster community that today was in fact the day that Google Penguin 2.0 was effectively implemented. Will be interesting to see what kind of impact it has on reducing the web spam that Cutts and his team have to combat with.

For more in-depth information check out the post on search engine watch or hear from Matt Cutts directly.
